All our lives we want things. We may have to wait until our birthday or any other holiday, but there is no better time to get what we like than the holidays (meaning Christmas, Hanukkah, etc.).
Though what do people want? This writer recently went around and asked 15 people what they’d like for a present... it could be anything, even if it doesn’t make sense.
Now remember, because I said they don’t have to make sense, you are going to hear some wacky things that you can’t exactly pick up at Wal-Mart!
I personally would want 3 wishes and the great trick would be to wish for more wishes on the 3rd wish!
These are what people said they would want:
1. World Peace (right on!)
2. A lifetime supply of hot cocoa
3. $ 1,000,000,000,000
4. All the anime, monga, and sushi in the world
5. A $50,000,000 gift card to the mall
6. All the money in the world
7. A laptop
8. A puppy
9. An infinite number of wishes
10. To live in the Dominican Republic
11. To be able to go to the Caribbean
for free any time she wants
12. Health, peace, and happiness for all and,
finally
13. A personal Pottery Kiln
Almost all of these gifts are insane and will never happen, but it doesn’t mean they can’t dream.
Hopefully their parents will get them a Wii or a peace sign necklace for the holidays.
