Arrowhead High School’s theater troupe will be hosting a masquerade spectacular this March. It’s coming up just around the corner…Broadway Company’s Music Theater Nights.

The troupe will be presenting three nights of amusement—Thursday, Friday and Saturday March 22nd, 23rd and 24th—featuring a plethora of musicals. Songs from musicals such as ‘Pippin,’ ‘West Side Story,’ ‘Spelling Bee,’ ‘Urinetown’ and others will be performed. The main musical for the night will be ‘Phantom of the Opera,’ for which the night is named “Masquerade.”

The students of Broadway Company have been preparing these routines for months and have worked with professional choreographers to get the routines perfected.

To add to the night, desserts will be served each performance night; the Friday performance will have more elegant desserts than the other two nights. There will also be a surprise guest Master of Ceremony to provide comic relief during the performances.

All seats are reserved, and tickets sellout fast, so buy yours early! The Thursday and Saturday performances are $10, while the Friday performance is $12. All of the performances are at 7:00pm. Tickets went on sale Monday, March 12, 2007, in the AHS Choir Department.
