What is your Favorite Subject?

  School?  What is school? School is full of education. One thing that has to do with education is subjects. There are a lot of subjects. Some subjects are Math, Language Arts, History, Science, Physical Education (or P.E.). I did a poll on what is your favorite subject. There were exactly thirty people that voted. Every subject is different.

  Let’s start with math. Math has to do with numbers. There are different levels of math. Some of the levels are Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Calculus and Trigonometry. You use math every day. You might think that you don’t but you do. If you are at the grocery store you might have five apples and you want two more you would have to add them. That would be six apples all together. On the poll there were five people that voted that they like math. That would be about 17% of the people that voted.

  The next subject is Language Arts. Language arts have to do with letters. In this subject you learn how to spell and you learn different parts of speech. There are a lot of more things that you do in Language Arts. There were also five people that voted for Language Arts. That would be about another 17%.

  The third subject is history. History is a subject that deals with past events. In history you get to learn about Ancient Egypt, Ancient Rome, Ancient India, Ancient China and many more. At Olympus you get to learn about history in your core class along with English. According to the people that voted four people liked the subject of history. That would be about 13% of the people that voted.

  Science is the next subject. There are a lot of different levels of science. There is chemistry and biology. You get to learn about genetics and the human body and cells and a bunch more. In the poll five people voted for science. That would be about another 17% of the people that voted.

  Lastly, the subject I am going to talk about is P.E, P.E. stands for physical education. In P.E. we get to learn about different sports but we actually get to play them we also have to run too. In P.E. we get to play Basketball, Rugby, Hockey, Volleyball, and so much more. P.E. got the most votes out of all of the subjects. It got ten votes. That would be 25%.

  Well, now you little more about the subjects at school. You also know what people like what subject. Which one is your favorite?
