Some WCHS students were rewarded recently for their hard work on last year’s CATS test.
On Monday, April 4, much of this year’s freshman class received a day of fun in Somerset as a reward for scoring proficient or distinguished on the state assessment they took last year.
The group of students spent some time at Papa Bear’s Pizza and Family Fun Center, where they skated and played arcade games and laser tag before enjoying a slice of pizza and a drink. Afterwards, they also went bowling at Briar Bowl Lanes before heading back to school.
The day was not only a celebration of the students’ achievements; it was also an opportunity for students to reunite with their former teachers.
